An under sink reverse osmosis system with magnesium remineralisation. Three vertical cartridges work with the membrane housing and an additional horizontal mineral cartridge. The supplied kit includes a storage tank, tap and connection components. The supplier describes the finished water as hydrogen rich and alkaline; this is a water treatment feature, not a medical benefit. WaterMark certified.

| Care and maintenance | The stated 4.5 L/min is not a claim that the RO membrane produces that volume each minute. Follow the supplied schedule for each cartridge, including the additional mineral cartridge. Capacity and mineral output vary with feed water and use. |
| Standard installation in Sydney | Installation packages are available within 40 km of Merrylands NSW 2160, measured in a straight line. We check the installation street address before checkout. This distance is a service boundary, not a guaranteed driving time. Supply only orders are available across Australia. When you select installation, the displayed package price includes the system, delivery to the installation address, standard fitting by a licensed plumber, normal connection materials, flushing, leak checks and a handover. Standard fitting requires safe access, suitable existing cold water pipework and a suitable mounting position. RO systems also need room for the filter and storage tank, an accessible waste connection and a suitable existing tap hole. Drilling or cutting stone, tile, concrete or cabinetry, new tap holes, trenching, electrical work, extensive pipe alterations, specialist mounting and repairs to existing defects are outside the standard price. Unforeseen site conditions may require additional work. We explain the work, price and any effect on the booking and obtain your written approval before proceeding. The agreed price for work already included does not increase simply because it takes longer than expected. If the package is unsuitable and you decline the additional quote before installation starts, you may cancel the affected package for a full refund. We arrange collection of any uninstalled equipment supplied as part of that package. These exclusions do not remove your consumer rights or our responsibility to use due care and skill.
