Which water filtration system should I choose?
Choose Essential RO or Mineral Plus RO when your priority is a dedicated filtered drinking water tap in the kitchen. Mineral Plus RO adds magnesium mineral treatment. Choose Whole House Triple Filter when you want water filtered closer to the main entry point for broader household use.
Do you supply systems Australia wide?
Yes. AE Water Filters supplies product only systems for customers across Australia, with clear product details and practical support before you buy.
Do you offer installation in Sydney?
Yes. Sydney supply and install packages are available for suitable homes through a licensed plumbing team, giving customers a simple option when they prefer professional fitting.
Can I buy the system without installation?
Yes. The product only options suit customers who already have a plumber, are arranging their own installation, or want the system shipped before organising fitting.
Does the product photo show everything included?
The RO photos show the filter assembly only so the system is easy to see. Both RO kits also include a storage tank, tap, tubing, pressure limiting valve and connection fittings. Photos have been edited to remove branding and loose accessories. Supplied labels and fittings may vary; the included items list is the guide to your order.
What is included in the whole house price?
The whole house price includes the black three housing assembly and standard mains water cartridge kit (2045-VP-FK), nominally rated at 0.5 micron. Other kits shown in the supplier range are not included. Ask us about other water sources or specialist cartridge requirements.
What do the RO capacity and flow figures mean?
The supplier states 4,500 L cartridge capacity for both RO models. It is not the storage tank volume. Mineral Plus RO has a supplier listed flow of 4.5 L/min; output depends on tank and pressure conditions and this is not a membrane production rate. Follow each cartridge maintenance schedule.
What warranty comes with the RO systems?
The supplier states a 5 year warranty for both RO systems, subject to its terms, correct installation, maintenance and registration. Consumable cartridge life is separate. Keep your invoice and installation records. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also apply.
How do I maintain my system?
Follow the instructions supplied with your specific kit. Service intervals depend on water quality, usage and cartridge type. Contact us with your model and installation date for replacement cartridge advice. Do not wait for a taste change to determine whether a cartridge needs replacing.
